Quotes from Songs

     Sometimes while listening to songs there comes that attractive quote which gets the listener's attention. Actually, from my personal opinion, that's what makes a song a notable one. Songs with sensational rythem and professional producing are favourited by many people but that's for their ears, so these songs get old once their ears are tired of them. Unlike those with deep meanings which get the heart to feel them and the mind to think about them and sometimes the eyes to cry for what the heart is holding.

     80's and 90's songs are more likely to be among these songs but the world of music still produce more of these heart-capturing songs. That's so there're those bands Evanescence, Within Temptation, The Fray, Linkin' Park and others. Some singers produce ones of them even if they don't do that most of times. such as Eminem, Justin Timberlake, Pink, Avril Lavigne, Leona Lewis and others.

     About what I like, I'm too into songs that inspire me and help me to get over disappointments and saddening events. So, one of my favourite bands is Evanescence because their songs are inspirational and their vocalist Amy Lee is great in expressing emotions that listeners can feel them. some of the quotes I can keep in my mind forever are :

- "I still remember the world through the eyes of a child. Suddenly those feelings were clouded by what I know now" in Field of Innocence.

- "I don't need to touch the sky. I just wanna feel that high and you refuse to lift me" in Cloud Nine.

- "Fear is only in our minds, taking over all of time" in Sweet Sacrifice

- "Take me away from me" in Away from Me

- All "Hello", "Bleed" and "Where will you go" Songs.

     Also a lot more left are too many for the page to mention them, but Evanescence are not the only band I got quotes from. Flyleaf and their rilegious meanings were helpful in many times and helped me to find more of myself. Their ending of the song "Arise" is very touching and inspiring. They sung a song about Cassie, a girl who had been killed in the massacre of Columbine after admitting her belief in God, and the story was meaningful in many points of view. It tells us to stay strongly believing in our faith even if death is the cost.

 - "Arise and be all that you dreamed" in Arise.

-  "How many will die. I will die. I will say yes" in Cassie. 

     Avril Lavigne showed a majestic meaning of love in the song "I will be" (...and the song was sung by Leona Lewis too). However, Avril's nice voice mixed with soft music made a great composition out of the lyrics. Avril sung for the homeless in her song "Nobody's Home" that expresses how homelesses' life is risky and full of difficulties in a story of a homeless girl.

- "I will be all that you want and get myself together, because you keep me from falling apart. All my life, I'll be with you forever to get you through the day and make everything okay" in I Will Be.

 - "She wants to go home, but nobody's home. That's where she lies broken inside with no place to go. No place to go to dry her eyes broken inside" in Nobody's Home.

     These quotes can stay forever in our minds. some others can make you cry if you're feeling relating to them. This world will never stop the industry of music unless life stops exisiting.
